Construction noises

I am a frequent traveler - this was the worst stay of my life. This place is as bad as the reviews say. Book elsewhere. - they are misleading in their description and routinely allocate studio apartments on ground floor instead of booked superior apartments without refund or help as happened to me - ground floor apartment is basic with broken appliances and looks straight at the cars and bypassers on the street - There is a camera on the smoke detector in the room right in front of the bathroom! There is construction next to the building and within the building - access to room is through construction site. They are building a block of flats next door so noise will be an issue for a long time - Booking.com offers zero help and impossible to access through customer service.the inly contact I had was through my comments on their facebook page from scammer who tried to scam me to send them money in pretence of refund. They used genuine booking.com email address in their communication so be aware!! This was reported to booking.com but no response. There are plenty of nice accommodations in Las Palmas close to Las Canteras - choose another, this one is really bad.

Building under renovation and construction noise was very loud while our stay. Also noise of doors of other rooms opening and closing were loud that wakes you up while sleeping.

The apartment is not too bad because is quite new BUT the windows have super bad quality because you can hear every car/noise in the street and it's a really busy road, the frames have even holes. Bed and pillows are not comfy at all but the main issue that made us to leave the apartment was that we did not have hot water for more than 24 hours, we notified this issue immediately and in the night that we came back around 11 pm they didn't fix it so we weren't able to take a warm shower. We called through the customer support "Tusity" in whatsapp and they did answer the messages and the calls when it's suppose they have 24 hours customer support. In the next morning, the same problem with the shower so we called at 8 am and we got a reply until 9 am, they sent a guy who fix it for 5 minutes and after that just cold water. Then on top of all this, it looks like they installed a secret camera in the smoke detector what makes the staying even more uncomfortable. Customer service was not so helpful and friendly at the end and we explained that we can not spend more holiday days in these conditions and we left in our third day having to book a different place, we requested half of our money back and not reply until the day of today :(

I was disappointed with a this was a workers working there in this time when we stay there and they have a alot of noise and owner not told us about that. Disappointed this was no extra towels. No tools to open bottle wine Dirty because I see all dirty things special under the couch and bedroom.
