Other guests had to share with us an emergency number they received through WhatsApp, and then we learnt that we hadn’t received check in data because we don’t have WhatsApp… it should be shared through booking. We arrived after the reception hours (18:30) and we could access the hotel. “Comfortable Stay in Fuerteventura with Room for Improvement”

The best

The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a reliable internet connection and a Smart TV for entertainment. The patio area was especially pleasant and made for a nice spot to relax. A good selection of toiletries was provided, and there was even a free beach sun umbrella left by previous guests, which we appreciated. Parking inside the complex is available for a fee, but free street parking is generally accessible nearby. Communication with staff was smooth, we felt welcome and we were especially grateful that the receptionist made an extra effort to assign us a ground-floor room due to my knee injury. Since upper floors are only accessible via stairs, this thoughtful accommodation made a real difference to our comfort.

Breakfast had several downsides: the scrambled eggs were served cold, and the coffee machine kept breaking down and required frequent refilling and maintenance by the staff, which led to delays and frustration. Additionally, breakfast must be reserved for a specific time slot (8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 a.m.), limiting flexibility during a holiday. The design of the straw chandeliers in the room posed a safety concern as they were hung too low and came dangerously close to eye level. Early morning peace was interrupted by staff having loud conversations right outside our window. Parking inside the complex was limited and difficult to secure, as spaces are often pre-reserved. Cleaning services are only available at an additional cost. Most inconveniently, the reception desk operates only from 10:00 to 18:00. With check-out set at 11:00, there is just a one-hour window to settle bills or raise issues. Because of our early flight, we had to leave without formally checking out or closing our invoice, which is not ideal for travelers.

“Perfect ending to Our trip – highly recommended”

The best

This was the best place we stayed during our 3-week vacation. We spent our last 3 nights here before heading home, and I honestly wish we had stayed at least a week. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful — ideal for relaxing at the end of a long trip. There’s a bus stop just 100 meters away that takes you straight to Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario. A few restaurants are also just a short walk away. I really enjoyed the morning yoga classes, and the gym was a great bonus. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. If we come back to Fuerteventura, we’ll definitely stay here again. A wonderful place to wrap up our holiday!

“The facility is modern, clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped, situated in a great location within a quiet neighborhood. · Cons: The breakfasts were very monotonous and of average quality.
