“Disappointing accomodation”
The best

location of the flat was very good, close to main points of interest.

To be improved

the booking process was not good, I searched for accommodation for 4 people but it reverted to 2 people and the full cost of the flat was not displayed for 4 people. There was a cockroach in the apartment and ants in the kitchen and front bathroom (pictures available). The shower in the front bathroom had no pressure, it was difficult to obtain hot water in the kitchen sink. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave and the TV remote did not work. There was a smell of drains in the front bedroom and bathroom..On arrival the apartment looks good but the issues we had let it down.
