“Great location, beautiful apartment, great price!”

Location was amazing! In the center of Jerez near plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, etc.

To be improved

Two important points! The property its advertised with "Parking", but the reality of the parking is that getting in and out of the garage AND parking space it's almost impossible because how tight the road and garage entrance are (and I had hatchback car, which is considered small to midsize). After one time trying to get the car out of the garage, I was less than an inch away from stratching the driver's side... and that was with my wife assisting from outside. So, we decided to park in a near public parking lot (5 minutes walk) where it was easier to get in and out, althought it came with a price tag of 15 Euros x day. The second aspect to know is that in Spain they count ground level ("planta baja") as "0", when in the US this would be considered the 1st level. So, if you are coming from the US, know that the apartment its advertized as in the 2nd level, but it's actually on the 3rd level and there are no elevators.

“great apartment in excellent location but not suitable for some because of the stairs”

two flights of steep stairs so not suitable for us having to lug cases up to the apartment because no lift
