We stayed for 7 nights at Sholeo Lodges in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. • The apartment was full of hair and dust upon arrival – completely unhygienic. • Two electrical outlets did not work. • The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. • Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for 8 days, for multiple people. • There were no mosquito or insect screens on the windows. • The sofa bed for the third person was extremely uncomfortable. • The walls were dirty and stained. • We received no response from the hosts the entire day we arrived – we had to figure everything out on our own. • There is no proper space to dry towels or swimsuits. • The TV couldn’t be connected to the internet at all. • The terrace was locked for two days due to other guests “partying,” and all guests in the building were punished for it. Even though we reported the issue, the staff said there was nothing they could do.

The showers the leaking all over the place the bathroom would flood the sofa bed so dirty and the apartment looked nothing like the photos

We always book this hotel. We have stsying here countkess time. Our room was on the other side of the building and we heard a lot of noise from trucks picking up dumpsters. However, the staff understood and was responsive to our concern. They moved us to a better unit. We will back here as long as we come to Las Palmas.

“A lovely venue - can’t fault much but the hosts/whoever manages the replies on Booking.com could be more responsive.”

Building was nice & clean - good soundproofing and a lovely roof. Unfortunately, air conditioning and some of the cooking facilities didn’t work and the hosts weren’t responsive on the app. The in person staff e.g. cleaners were very helpful and friendly.
