Rooms are beautiful and location is perfect.

To be improved

Wear and tear in the bathroom. Please also be aware it is not a hotel, nor a spa. A tiny (unappealing) plunge pool in the basement and no reception or hotel facilities - just a lovely manager on WhatsApp.

It’s very centrally located The staff are super friendly and helpful The cleaners are amazing! Very thorough cleaning job Cute jacuzzi spa - not pool Room was lovely and airy Very personal service - I had the lady in charge’s phone number and she was always quick to answer and helpful

To be improved

No reception but to be honest the staff are available if you need them It’s not a 5 star (no room service etc) but you do get a really personal service that is better than most chains I have stayed at If you want a boutique hotel with personalised service this is the place for you

A very tastefully decorated town house conveniently situated within easy reach of all the good stuff Cuitadella has to offer
