The main reason why I left such a low rating is because they are asking for a deposit to stay in this place. Many places nowadays around Spain are asking for this and most of them gave me the deposit back just after doing the check out or the next working day. However, in this place was a truly nightmare. I got my deposit back after 30 days!!! 30 DAYS!!!! this is totally unacceptable. For just over 10 days around Spain I spent a wee over 900 euros just in deposits (which I got them back really fast as mentioned) but still is something very akward to do, at the end of the day I am on holidays to spend money and I have to think about not having it on the day because I have to pay extra for the ridiculous deposit. On this place in particular, I complained with them many times at the end they blamed my bank, which was not true at all. I know they didnt take the money, but their bank holded for way too long. Their last message was pretty rude, they sent me a screenshot of their bank letter explaining that was my bank fault which is totally BS nad just writing "We consider the issue closed" and the end of the story for them, not very polite at all. How difficult is to send the deposit back or release it just after the check out or 24 hours? Is not that difficult. I have also to mention that they charged me an extra 10 euros for parking when this property already has its own parking space, they have to get money from you no matter what, even on small things like this and specially in such small town, it makes no sense. Again, the flat its fine, is an old flat, but practical. I would have left them a good review, but because of the above, no chance. I am an experienced traveller, I have been all around the world, I have been using Booking for ages, I have been here and there, but I have never ever encounter this type of unpleasant issue and this is just the owner and agency fault. So shame on you!
