Absolutely Disgusting – Left a Day Early to Escape This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had — and I travel a lot. We booked this place for 4 nights, but we were so shocked by the state of the apartment that we left after just 3. The apartment was dirty, smelly, and completely neglected. The moment we walked in, we were hit by a strong, musty odor of mold and dampness. The walls were stained, cracked, and had peeling wallpaper – and underneath that wallpaper? Mold. Black, foul-smelling, health-hazard mold. There was no shower door, so every shower turned the bathroom into a swamp. The ceiling in the bathroom had visible mold spots, and the air was heavy with humidity. One of the doors had a missing handle, and the main entrance door couldn’t even be locked from the inside, making it feel extremely unsafe. Every detail of the apartment screamed neglect and poor maintenance. To make matters worse, the stairs leading up to the apartment were absurdly steep and filthy. Dragging luggage up them was a nightmare, and every step felt like we were climbing into a place we definitely didn’t want to stay. The whole place felt cramped, unwelcoming, and frankly uninhabitable. I’ve never wanted to leave a place so fast in my life. We cut our trip short and left early just to escape it. Do not be fooled by the photos online — this place looks nothing like them. I’ll be uploading pictures to show what it really looks like. If you care at all about cleanliness, comfort, or safety, avoid this apartment at all costs.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay. My recent experience was highly disappointing and uncomfortable due to numerous issues with both the apartment’s condition and the unprofessionalism of the owners. To begin with, the lift has been broken since October 1st, as confirmed by other tenants, yet we were not informed before our arrival. This lack of transparency was particularly unacceptable because the apartment is on the 6th floor, and my mother, who is recovering from a blood clot in her leg, had significant difficulty navigating the stairs. The absence of elevator access severely impacted her comfort and disrupted our weekend, as each trip up and down was a struggle. This is basic information that should have been communicated in advance, especially to guests who may have mobility concerns. Furthermore, the sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping at all. It’s essentially just a cushion on the floor, providing no support or comfort, which is completely inadequate for a third guest. For an apartment listed as accommodating three people, having only one actual bed and an unsuitable sofa bed is misleading. Additionally, the shower was clogged and flooded quickly, making it uncomfortable to use, and the shower door was broken upon our arrival, adding to the list of issues. Given these circumstances, I would have expected at lceast a partial refund or a late check-out as compensation for the inconvenience. However, this was not offered, nor did the owners show any accountability for these problems. I will also be raising these concerns with Booking.com so future guests are aware. I strongly advise anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay to consider other options, as this apartment does not meet basic expectations for comfort or transparency.
