To be improved

Surfaces were sticky ie not cleaned properly. Slats missing from under bed so despite being comfortable, worried about stability. Mugs were dirty and needed a good scrub. No tea towels provided so could not dry washing up. Coffee machine provided but not one coffee pod for a drink upon arrival.

The best

Very neat and tidy apartment, pleasant decoration, comfortable beds and good bathroom space. The location was fantastic for exploring the centre with everything close by on foot. Kitchen was a functional space that could be enhanced with some more cooking pots, salad bowl, sieve to make meal preparation easier. Hosts were very responsive and provided good information. We would stay again.

The central location/ comfortable beds/ easy to use shower with hot water / quiet area.

To be improved

Lack of saucepans. No kettle - but after requesting one it arrived very quickly. As did a second set of keys.
