“Great location but didn’t get the apartment we booked!”

Great location, step outside to lovely restaurants and evening entertainment walk to beach. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds.

To be improved

Unfortunately when we arrived we had booked a pool view apartment on ground floor but were given a different apartment in a lesser location on an upper floor so the start of the holiday was disappointing. The staff were very responsive and did finally get us better accommodation but still not what we had booked and we didn’t really understand why.

“Great Apartment”

The best

Lovely apartment in a great location, within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were a great size, beds comfortable and had everything we needed.

To be improved

We weren’t aware the season wasn’t fully started when we stayed, so the pool bar only opened up on our last day and the water slides weren’t running so would love to come back when the season is fully up and running so we can use these.

The location by the pool was lovely and the pool bar staff were excellent.

To be improved

The outside dining table was broken and needs something far more comfortable. The broken electric point in lounge was dangerous and needs urgent attention but thankfully it was me and my sister staying and no children to make this a big issue.

Beautiful location very friendly staff, i little expensive for drinks . Beach,centre, supermarket 50 metres away . Excellent would definitely stay again .

The drinks at the pool bar were expensive.
