Blocked shower drain

It is very small, there is no where to put any of your clothes that are folded - underwear socks etc so it all stayed in the case on the floor of the front room. Bedside lamps that can’t be plugged in as the plug is too far away. No hooks for towels. There is a washing machine in the bathroom so when you sit on the toilet your knees are almost touching the machine. It’s quite awkward, the bedroom has a bed, a tv on the wall and two bedside tables. We stayed 3 nights and I couldn’t do any more than that due to lack of space and clothes and towels and shoes everywhere.

There was no kettle (the agent who was excellent and got us one ). There was no toilet paper - you expect at least 1 roll when you arrive. Only 2 sockets in the kitchen area ( 3 appliances: kettle, microwave, toaster). Not cutting board. No draining tray. The fridge door needs changing round (a 5 minute job with a screw driver). There was nowhere to plug in the bedside lights. The bedroom door could not close because it hit the bed.
