“Lovely room, but smaller than pictured”

Great location in old town, lots of pretty narrow streets and easy walking distance to lovely restaurants and the main sights. The air conditioning was brilliant! The property is clean and quiet, and we were able to leave our bags there after check out for a couple of hours.

To be improved

Our room was smaller than the ones in the pictures and it didn’t feel like a superior double (room 4). There was barely enough room to store our suitcases, let alone open them.

“Pleasant room in good location”

Location was great, right in the old city with a nice outlook onto the street. Rooms were well priced. Little extras like orange juice and mini cakes.

To be improved

Rooms on second and third level and elevator does not work (they knew about it). We only booked because there was an elevator. No staff locally, and phone support couldn't suggest any option, so it was a real struggle to get luggage up to our rooms. Code locks on doors are touchy and don't always work. Swipe "key" that was in two of our four rooms did not work as alternative to entering code. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner (lots of hair due to rough tile surface) and towels a little old.

I liked the keycodes for access and a spare key in case it doesn't work. I like the convenience of it location wise.

To be improved

my toilet was a little unstable. The coffee cups seem like they weren't washed properly.

“Difficult stay in Toledo.”

No reception. Expected to get entry code from email. We arrived early to leave our bags and were lucky to find the door unlocked and a cleaning person working on the top floor to let us in. Expect no help as you would in a regular hotel. Expect more pay an Airbnb service. Our room was tiny and barely fit two people. Perhaps we got the tiny one because we booked thru booking.con.
