Silene apartamento 3010

Not enough bath towels and sheets for a week. A bit disappointed with all the noisy building works surrounding the property. When we stayed at this property two years ago it was not overlooked, now will be a bit spoiled with the new buildings being built all around this property.

Staff at the agency impose too many rules and don’t care

Nothing

There is a large construction site on the adjacent plot. From 8 a.m to 7 p.m working heavy duty staff (excavators and other construction machines). During this time, it is not possible to stay in the apartment, on the terrace or by the pool. Currently, it is not a place for holidays and relaxation, as the construction noise exceeds all standards and construction dust hangs everywhere. It's impossible to rest and relax there now. It is not known how long this will last. Unfortunately the construction made our holiday miserable.

I really didn’t like the booking agent zap holidays . They used a portal for checkin that didn’t work . I emailed them our passport details in the end . The location of the key pick up was not too bad for us just off motorway , but would have been better in a key safe at the property . If it wasn’t for staff at the agency we would never of found their safe with keys and property details, as wouldn’t give them before we arrived. I extended the booking by one day and made me chin all over again with passports etc . They already had them ! The staff were polite and friendly just their systems really bad . At the property they should have left a toilet roll . Nothing there when we arrived . Just I’ve roll , it’s not alot to ask , as they do leave a courtesy pack of small amount washing up liquid , a cleaning sponge and a tea towel . To sum up apartment great , booking . Com great . System through agent not great . Oh and didn’t realise they wanted 300 euro deposit . Until after I booked . And when we arrived 3 pages of rules !!!! Except no important info about how to use heating , washing machine , tv etc.
