Property is for maximum 4 people, we are family of 6. Cleaning is included in the price but the owner had a grudge against us for leaving a shopping bag with recycling rubbish, several empty clothing and sweets packages, and peanuts that got stuck between the cracks in the balcony floor. The host only gave us a key to the apartment (we didn't have keys to the entrance to the building) which meant that we had to carry our luggage by walking around the building for about 200m, and if we had the key it would have been 10m. Smoking was not allowed in the apartment, which was convenient for us as non-smokers, but the neighbors smoked on the balcony several times a day, so using our balcony or keeping the balcony door open was limited to when the neighbors were not smoking. Internet was a joke.

The host was very helpful and friendly. He answered our questions very quickly and was always available. We were able to rent a dining chair and a bed for the child. In addition, we were able to rent a car for the entire period through the host. It was a great option! We got the car from the airport and started our journey right away. The apartment is stylish and nice, spread over two floors and is suitable for family and friends. It was also spectacular and enjoyable that the sun shone on the balcony throughout the day! So we could eat while sitting on the balcony. And whoever wanted could sunbathe while sitting there. We were also excited by the parrots who come to ask for nuts on the tree right next to the balcony. :) The apartment has everything you need. In addition, we passed on some small recommendations to the host, which would give the place even more additional value. :)

good location, 8min walk to nice a rocky beach, two grocery shops about 5min walk, pool with lifeguard on site. Great host, good level of communication with him - he would be responding almost immediately if we had any questions

on street parking - sometimes we were strugling to find parking space
