The location was great and overall the hotel was nice and clean.

To be improved

We had problems with the staff mostly. We were always missing towels and other items in the room. We had to ask for towels multiple times. The soap wasn’t filled after a few days of our stay. The front desk staff never seemed to really know what they were doing, and we speak Spanish and English perfectly. For instance, the front desk staff couldn’t figure out how to pay for parking on the credit card we had on file for incidentals. Finally, we had to pay in cash to make things easier for him.

“Central Vitoria”

Chose this hotel based on location near the city centre. Was checked in by William. Very efficient and spoke perfect English! First impressions are always important and sets the standard . Nice room on 4th floor with tea/coffee making facilities and good WiFi too. Parking easy in secure underground car park beneath the hotel at 15 euros per day. Booked breakfast at extra 16 euros pp. Good and varied choices fried eggs/cheese ham and croissants etc. Friendly staff in the breakfast room too. Worth the money and would stay in same hotel should we return to Vitoria.

“Nice, quality hotel in a good location”

The best

Nice hotel in a good location with several bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly. Parking available in the basement but I'd recommend you pre book this if needed. It was ideal for our motorbikes. Breakfast was very good. We have stayed here before for one night and we would stay here again.

Very good hotel. Very friendly reception staff - but very rude restaurant manager ( walked out and ate elsewhere) Stay here but don’t use the restaurant

“Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff, good location and a clean room.”

The best

We we on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees with friends, we used this hotel as our last stop before catching the ferry back to the UK. It was very busy during our stay as the BMW Motorrad were also using it for the new BMW launch. Breakfast was very varied and nice. Our motorcycles were safe in their underground carpark.
