Nothing we didn’t like but had trouble getting internet which we had raised. We also couldn’t find an iron ( there was ironing board just no iron. ) Everything else was fantastic

Communication with staff was dreadful. You get a message 3 days before arrival with a contact number which you phone half an hour before check-in. The guy took over an hour to find us as we had no address. This needs attention as 3 days is not good enough and you need a meeting point. Inside the apartment the cups are stained the kettle was clogged with limescale, and desperately need some sort of blinds or better curtains as soon as the sun comes up it shines straight in to the bedroom.so no lay in....

It would be nice to have a courtesy room or a place to leave luggage when your flight is not until late at night. that is it.

“A room with a view!”

Right in the heart of the marina. Sunrise on your balcony. Excellent facilities & comfy furniture, accessories, to chill out on. Nice size balcony, with table & 4 chairs and 2 loungers, blankets for your use. Very quiet despite the location. Two beds that push together. Lots of storage space in the bedroom, and loads of mirrors everywhere (not normally enough when you travel!). A selection of puzzles, games & books to make use of if you prefer to stay in the apartment. Heating/aircon. Roof top terrace, up.3 floors, to sun deck & pool.

To be improved

It felt a bit unluxurious walking from the main gate to the 2nd building where the apartment is located, as you walk past the car parking areas, but you get used to it. Focus mainly on the beautiful boats, and you forget about the parking area! Would have preferred 1 bed, not 2 pushed together, as they don't stay in place.
