“Spacious, well equipped apartment, pre-arrival communication could be better”
The best

Spacious, really well equipped property in a great location. Walkable to all the sights. Bus from train station to Plaza Zocodover and short walk to apartment from there. Beds very comfortable.

To be improved

Communication of essential information prior to visit and on site was poor. We did not realise it was self - check in and had not received details prior to arrival. However with the assistance of on-site neighbours and the owner on the phone, it was all sorted. No information sheet in the apartment with wi-fi details etc. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for me and my brother as we wanted to use both bedrooms. Second bed was made up after communicating with the owner, so all sorted OK.

The best

It was clean and nice. The landlady seemed to be friendly and helpful.

To be improved

There was a washing machine, but no detergents or os. You are not going to buy it all for just one laundry. Same with the kitchen not even sugar or anything.

The best

Flat in the amazing location, could not be more centric. And really nice and friendly host. Beds were comfortable. Fairly large flat, we were only two of us but could easily fit bigger families as well.

To be improved

Unfortunately water pressure in the shower was worse than bad. And the flat could be cleaner. Good there was a coffee machine in the flat, but we could not find any coffee capsules, it is a small detail but can make a big difference.
