The accommodation was in a great position, it was secure, and it was clean and comfortable.

The kettle did not work, and the sofa bed was hard for 1 person to pull out.

Proximity to the town. Balcony was pleasant. The host company was very responsive and polite with our queries

To be improved

Balcony door did not lock. Struggled with the air-con to get it right. Were told apartment would be cleaned during our stay but it wasn't. It was not clear where to take the rubbish.

“Way below standard for a tourist stay.”

They cleaned the apartment twice in the 8 nights we were there. The towels were nice and big. It was in a good location for everything. Seville is a brilliant city.

DON'T BOOK THIS! We booked solely on the photo of the roof terrace, for 8 nights. And then found out our apartment had no access. The company was a bureaucratic nightmare to deal with and had no after-hours service. Who has a 4pm check in? The apartment was more like a 1990's Eastern European pension than a 2020's unit: air con wasn't working when we got there, the single beds in the main bedroom were rickety with pathetic bed linen, shower pressure poor, no shampoo, no dishwasher, no modern coffeemaker, no toaster, no wine glasses!, not even a toilet brush.
