The best

the location is perfect and the apartment was great

To be improved

the company tried to charge us (withdraw from my credit card) 150E+ for lost security key which was not handed over to me and respectively was not lost by us! it looks like this is common practice to all tenants. Although there was no protocol what was given upon check in they claimed the loss and contently tried to withdraw the money. Luckily my card was empty, i blocked it and re-issue it. Please check upon check in what the company is handing you!!!!!

“Excellent location for traveling with kids and family”
The best

Excellent location for traveling with kids and family. Just 2 minutes to walk to Gulliver park. Few minutes to City of Science and Art. On the New Year Eve we saw a lot of fireworks just from balcony. The apartment had almost everything we needed. In response to our request, Singular employees brought what was missing.

To be improved

Some repair needed. And add some equipment to the kitchen for long-term rental.
