The air conditioning was a problem. Very loud noise even when off. Water leaking out of 1 unit and mold down the wall with water on the floor

“The location and the apartments 9 and 11. · Cons: We were on a school trip, apartment 3 was for teachers- we assumed it was a smaller apartment not a lot worse. We read mixed reviews, we now understand. Larger apartments are great. Ground floor apartments may as well be in a different hotel. -Basic cleaning wasn't done. -The kitchen missed equipment like a dishwasher or a chopping board. -The mattress was terrible. -The bathroom was unforgivable, it had no ceiling. I was with a colleague, there was absolutely no privacy. Finally, no reception at all. The number given was never answered, you have to rely on messaging.”

“It’s central location. · Cons: It’s located on the ground floor and there was excessive noise from passers by. Also, timely communication from the letting agent was poor, having to wait in a nearby cafe to receive access codes, after check-in had already opened. Another couple we met at the apartment had also experienced this poor communication.”

“Good location but maybe not worth the money overall”

Location was perfect !

Very bad smell in the toilet and in the whole building. Mattresses completely deformed and concave, quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms also very very tiny. For the amount of money we paid, I think was too much. The staff was very nice but they couldn’t do much in those three nights to fix the mattresses and the smell. However, I do not think it s a “new” problem.
