“Beautiful city but awful company which you should avoid”
To be improved

The fact that the company kept my deposit on a false accusation of a damaged bed, they refused to reply to any communication and request for photographic evidence of alleged damage at my request and booking.com request. After researching this company it was a frequent complaint that this company scammed people by keeping deposits. On arrival the communication to collect keys was appalling we were given an address but no directions and company refused to answer phone and refused to give direction to office, only communicated by WhatsApp and email_ very impersonal and unprofessional
