“Excellent location, quiet street, good for short or long stays”

The best

This place was perfect for me. Excellent location, near the cathedral but on a quiet side street. There are three large windows, one in each room, overlooking a pedestrian street and high enough up that there aren't people staring in. It's an honest one bedroom, in Spain often a "one bedroom" is really a studio with a curtain or partition. The kitchen is small but well equipped and you can cook here if you want. There is a one cup Moka style coffee maker, stove, microwave, and full size fridge. The wifi is excellent, strong, fast, no disconnects or annoying portal page. As a bonus there is a Michelin listed restaurant in the building.

To be improved

I had a bit of trouble finding it, the second door (next to the elevator) is not marked and the key sticks. There are mailboxes but not for this unit and you can't get mail here. There is no AC and only one floor fan. It could use a second fan or better a couple of ceiling fans. The bedroom is quite small and the closets are both used for storing brooms, mops etc so there isn't a lot of space for your things. These are minor problems and shouldn't discourage you from staying here.
