we usually dont review and or try to stop anyone business because of non ethical treatment and such,, but in this case we are compelled to lure people or potential guests to know as the very least where they're stepping in!!! the ultimate confusion and confusing coordination between agents and realtors involved in this booking was chaotic from the minute we landed between Valeria and Barbara totally unprofessional. reaching the place MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE a long 36 steep steps stairs with heavy luggage to be lifted all the way up to the apartment. NO LIFT and no disclosure nor a picture to show you that there are long stairs to get to an upper apartment where number 1 the furniture is dated from mid 70s to 80s , beds sheets cheapest quality ( for a night of 145euros =180$) was a total rip-off main door lock wouldnt lock , had to leave the property to them with all our precious belongings to get their technician to take care of it , while they assure you it is all OK.. It is NOT then you have a washer from the 80's that does NOT DRAIN your load, talking about non stop issues then you have the main patio door that doesnt close and if you have a child you'd have to glue him to your shoulder otherwise he'd fall off the balcony if he runs faster than you .. their balconies are extremely low profile and horrible to the national safety code ... anyone even an adult can lose stability and end up on the road...
