Lift not working Hot water wasn't working initially. Fob to leave the underground wasnt working. Anti social behaviour in and around the Block entrance.

The best

Clean well serviced modern apartment. Great area near to beach and Lanes with great shops and resturants but very quiet. Staff were friendly and really prompt and helpful with any queries. Pool was great and quiet even at peak times.

To be improved

Only slight issue was the air conditioning unit makes the balcony very hot. Not a problem but we needed to turn it off before using outside area.

Great location, very clean and spacious, amenities very good, everything you need in the kitchen

To be improved

We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning or which pool we had access to, a guide to the property would have been helpful we couldn’t find one in the flat
