Very good place, very good host, easy communication , easy parking in the area. Breakfast just outside the door, veey nice!!

Absolutely lovely accommodation - everything was new, clean & quiet, it has a good location to explore the island (quick access to the airport, nearby gas station, easy parking, 2-min to public transport, lot of nearby supermarkets, great coffee shop next door), excellent wifi and most importantly, the host took great care of us all the time; he was helpful, humble and genuinely kind. It was a stay to remember - we are definitely coming back! Ps. The property has a nice terrace overlooking the ocean so you can watch the sunrise every morning.

The apartment was super and I really enjoyed my stay of 7 days. Yeray was very helpful and easy to contact as he lives next to the apartment. It is new, modern and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable with a quality mattress. A lot of care has gone into making sure that guests have everything they need. There are two large televisions, and wifi was very good. Outside is a nice patio, and the bus stop for Las Palmas and the south of the island is only one minute's walk away. Despite being centrally situated it is very quiet; no traffic noise. Yeray kindly stored my luggage for a few hours when I left. Highly recommended.

The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, consistently approachable and always ready with a warm smile. Upon our arrival, he provided a comprehensive tour of the accommodation and shared valuable tips for exploring the area. He was readily available via phone whenever we had inquiries, offering prompt and helpful assistance. The location of the accommodation was ideal for exploring the island, conveniently situated near the highway, allowing easy access to both the northern and southern regions within a 25-minute drive. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and fully equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
