Sixties Ramblas

We stayed in a triple room from March 14 to 18. Upon arriving at the hotel on the afternoon of March 14, during check-in, we were greeted by a kind man and a grumpy-looking woman with slanted eyes; I think she was Japanese. They asked us for a photocopy of my credit card, and since it was the first time I found myself in such a situation, I tried to understand and asked the reason. They said it was for any possible damage we might cause to the hotel. The slanted-eyed woman, nervously, said something like: 'We are not thieves, we will not steal your money.' Are we thieves? If we damage the hotel, will we leave without paying? After a long and exhausting journey, this tense welcome was a great disappointment. I suggest her to visit our country so that she can experience Turkish hospitality for herself

Stayed at Sixties Ramblas for a one night pre cruise stay. Excellent location near to the metro and walking distance to the cruise bus at world trade centre. Room was pleasant, simple decor with each floor having a different theme. Reception staff very friendly & efficient. Would stay again

Excellent hotel. Free WiFi throughout, staff were very friendly rooms were spacious and clean with walk in shower and balcony. There is a secure room behind reception to leave luggage if required the on site bar is lovely and reasonably cheap compared with other bars in Barcelona. The hotel is in a great location at the bottom of la rambla and close to marina

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was spacious, and we even received an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The atmosphere was very cozy and boutique-style, with a large bathroom that was clean and bright. We appreciated the little details like bottled water in the fridge. The hospitality and customer service were truly outstanding. The location is perfect—close to La Rambla, yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a two night stay here, hotel was lovely. Reception area was very smart and clean, all members of staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful. They allow you to store luggage which is very handy when arriving too early. The room was spacious and clean, only small downside was that it could get a little loud from outside. Locations is great! There’s a metro right outside, then a very small walk away is the start of la ramblas. We added breakfast onto our stay which was nice, small selection of the usual breakfast items, coffee was lovely. Would happily return here.
