We were welcomed by Boris who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us We have stayed in the apartment before and yet again we were not disappointed. The apartment was very clean and close to the beach and bars. We will definitely be booking to stop there again Thank you again for a wonderful stay Keith , nicky and family

“Definitely not Exceptional. Great location, awful management”

The location is great, central and close to the beach. The apartment is modern and clean. Huge potential with the apartment itself, if they have better management it would deserve a rating of 8. The host lady was kind enough to let us stay a couple of extra hours on the check out day, so our child cold have her nap (i added 2 review points 4 -> 6 in gratitude for that)

To be improved

The management was a total mess. There was a very young guy started sending multiple messages to arrange check-in the day before and asking me questions I had already answered in the booking (annoying). Still, when we arrived it was a total mess, and there were multiple unpleasant surprises... 1. Free Parking is about 12-15 mins walk away. 2. The keys are not at the flat, but need to be picked up for another address 3. The person handing over the keys didnt have a single word of English so that was a hassle. Then the flat itself was not well equipped. Kitchen was not functional, and missed multiple basic necessities (eg kettle, pot etc). When I made some requests, there as a rude response from the young guy. This place has huge potential - but the owner needs to review the equipment provided and get better management. We also found the place the opposite of cosy... it felt like a hospital and the lights were so bright/white they literally made my child cry.
