“Breathtaking ocean views, especially at sunset. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, chiringuitos, etc. Staff was very responsive when we had an issue with the air con. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment, it’s great · Cons: Back bedroom upstairs has no exterior window and barely any lights. While the pool is technically free to use, you have to pay for a chair and the employees won’t even let you put your stuff down without renting a chair - so found the free pool access a bit misleading. On top of this, there were a lot of potential hidden fees - extra cleaning fee for dirty dishes or if the trash is not taken out, towel replacement if there was makeup on them. For an apartment building with 9 floors, there were only 2 elevators that were very small and quite slow”

Balcony was lovely looking out on the pools. Seated area was also lovely as was the front bedroom. Kitchen well stocked

To be improved

We got the back bedroom which is a twin bed very small and dark room. The whole block is tired. Could do with a refresh. I stayed here 40 years ago as a child and it has not changed much!

To be improved

The lift within the building was very small for fitting our family plus pram/buggy. Lock system on door was awkward at first and at risk of jamming.
