The best

Having stayed at this residential complex on numerous occasions i like it as it is very quiet and peaceful. It's private and under coded gates and the pool area underwent an upgrade last year where glass panels were fitted around the pool area with gates where you need a key to enter.

To be improved

On this occasion peace was not what I got. Non residents were coming and going as they pleased, standing near the pool gates until someone pressed the button on the exit security post and let them in. People from nearby hotels, non residents bringing their families with picnic baskets and being rude to the paying guests.

“Overall good stay . Situated in Old town puerta del carmin plenty of hills to walk.”

Close to pool, good veranda for sunshine. Parking closeby.

To be improved

Needs air conditioning in apartment . Very warm at night for sleeping and this was in November , would be worse during summer.

Excellent communication any problems where sorted asap. very clean. great location. lovely pool area. apartment could do with a few more drinking glasses and better/more pillows and maybe more then one fan or aircon.

the pilliows where flat and only one fan. not much choice in drinking glasses
