“Central location and a terrace with magnificent view.”

The location is great, right on the beach and on the main promanade of Can Picafort. The view from the terrace is just amazing.

To be improved

The location is noisy, so you have to sleep with windows closed. Also the apartment building is old (but the apartment itself is ok). Parking has to be found in nearby streets, but that usually wasn’t an issue.

Bathroom was small and the shower leaked on to floor, not enough sun bed to enjoy the roof terrace. limited outside seating. Entry to property trough metal gate. lift stopped at 6th floor. entry to accommodation was not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. Seating was poor in the living area. Had to ask for bedding to be changed. bedding did not fit all beds.
