“Poor communication abusive staff member but great apartment”

Balconies and view, comfort and decor. Great facilities but no kettle.

To be improved

Communication with staff was terrible. We had to telephone them as we had received no entry details at the entry time.The male staff member shouted at us instead of explaining the entry requirements to the accomodation .This conduct was extremely poor ,distressing and unaccaptable.

Balcony doors have no handles on the outside. I got trapped outside without a phone for two hours - fortunately an English speaking neighbour heard me shout for help and got the letting company to call a locksmith to come round to break in and open the door from the inside. Owners then charged my credit card 250 euros for the privilege of being rescued thanks to their dangerous doors. Appalling.
