There is only one towel per person, if you want more - pay 10 euros rent. Only 2 toilet papers for 3 girls for 4 nights((. We asked for more , but it was said to buy it ourselves. It’s tough to communicate with this agency, they reply with a huge delay!

Sometimes in the night was a little bit loud.

Our evening flight arrival/departure times meant we had to pay late arrival and late checkout penalty fees. This amounted to almost €100 and seemed a bit punitive. Nighttime temperatures had risen quite a bit by the end of the week which made for difficulty sleeping as we couldn't get the air con in the bedrooms to operate (maybe needed a remote control?) and opening the windows meant being woken early by the noise of the morning traffic below. If we'd been staying for longer we'd have contacted Pilar who I'm sure would have helped us get it working. It would have been a nice touch to find some water and fresh milk in the fridge on arrival, along with enough toilet paper to last more than one or two days, but those are the little things that can turn a good place into a fantastic one!
