Skyline III Pool & Coworking by ELE Apartments

Lack instructions and communication led us to sleeping the first night without AC which was uncomfortable especially with a baby. It was mentioned to us that they would help turn on the AC the following morning, but that only happened by 18:00. We are not familiar with the type of AC system, thus if there were clear instructions and communication the issue could have been solved much earlier and made our stay better. The apartment could have been slightly cleaner but other than that it’s a great location and has modern amenities.

Key collection at the property management office in the city center was a bit cumbersome as the street is currently blocked, otherwise it was ok. There was no clear explanation about the apartment facilities such as the AC and water heating central system. Problem solved in the 2nd day after they sent the technician to configure it. There was no explanation of how to access the apartment from the garage which took us time and stress to figure out as the parking lot is huge and shares the same garage with the neighboring tower which is a Hotel. Even the attendants in the reception said that someone form the apartment management company should be there when we arrive to provide all information, especially with foreigner guests. To make things worse, they do not offer a minimum of basic needs products in the apartment. If you stay there with family be informed tha you will have to buy stuff like sponge, detergent, dish towels, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, trash bags. It is those kind of investor properties that do not care about the hosts, and property management company even less. If you go for vacation with family, not the best choice if you look for relaxation and no stress.

It was too far from the centre of Malaga and the beach (around a 25 minute walk). We were only told that the pool was closed after we had booked. It would have been nice to have some basic food items or in the least a dish cloth available or a bottle of water in the fridge. There was no soap / shower gel in one of the showers. There was only one dish washer tablet. The air conditioning did not work.
