“View from room is lovely - glad the aircon worked well. Beds were comfy, we slept well. Pool was nice addition. 19 floors up we were thankful for a lift. We had no issues checking-in even when our flight was delayed. Viola & friends were responsive and friendly during our stay. Very good location for Levante Beach & New Town - Old Town took about 15-20mins on the beach front path so easy access to all. · Cons: Rooms were small hard to get in and around with luggage, the floors were dirty and some bedsheets had lots of hairs on. The apartment complex has a pool but no sunbeds to use. Not the individuals fault but the key system to get out of the apartment complex is not ideal. Could really do with two sets of keys when there are 4 people staying.”

The location was fantastic and the neighbours who actually live next door all the time were great. Had some great conversations with them, The view from the double door windows on to the beach was fantastic

Rooms did get a bit warm during the night with only AC in the hall way

Perfect location really clean and comfortable. Host was really pleasant and prompt.

To be improved

Neighbour was a bit aggressive towards us on the first night. But this was no fault of the host. Only one set of keys and as it is on 19th floor was a little bit inconvenient.
