The place is amazing. Location is just outside the historic center, so if you're looking for a quiet place where you can easily rest after a long day, this is the one. The view from the 18th floor is outstanding. There's a Mercadona grocery store and Rosaleda shopping mall nearby. If you're looking for a place where you'll be going back and forth to the center (pubs, restaurants, museums, beach) couple times during the day, it might be a little too far to do so if on foot. We were usually going out to the city for a sightseeing and to eat at one go, or two times a day, so the distance was just right for us. On the other hand, it was a perfect location if you plan to use a car. Easy to get to a motorway when you want to go to Granada, Ronda, Nerja, Gibraltar. And there's an elevator right from your 18th floor to a garage. Beds are very comfortable, "master bedroom" has it's own bathroom. We weren't cooking, but if you want to, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's a washing machine and iron. Contact with the owner was superb, the lady met us upon arrival to provide the keys and information.
