“Neverending paperwork and contracts and deposits and rules and instructions”

Nice location. Vineyard part of town.

To be improved

Massive lots of paperwork. Each inhabitant needs to complete pages of information. (Other properties in spain get by with a copy of your passport and one or two questions.). Then follow contracts that run into pages which each has to sign. And a breakage deposit of 150 euro which you have to provide a credit card and again sign a lengthy contract. All this paperwork took an hour out of my holiday. Then you need to let them know when you 20 minutes away (which I did and also sent a whatsapp live location) for someone to open, only to have to wait in front of the door for 20 minutes. It is an unfriendly place. Very transactional. Very impersonal. Very time-cinsuming. I would only stay here if no other option (the accommodation itself is great).

Property was immaculately clean and had everything you needed, location was great and only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants

The best

I stayed with my family and friends, so there was space for seven of us. We can walk to anything because the apartment is located in the center of Malaga. There is a food store pretty close to the apartment. The beds are incredibly comfy, and the overall flat is quite tidy and roomy. The kitchen has everything you need.

To be improved

It can be a little nosy at night because the apartment is in the heart of the city, with many bars surrounding the building and a nightclub nearby. We were so exhausted that we didn't mind, but if you're looking for tranquility, this isn't the place for you. Finding a parking spot might be challenging but that shouldn't stop you as the apartment is excellent and in a great location.
