The best

Cesar was very friendly, the room was very clean and beautiful, actually good if you're planning to stay for a couple of days

To be improved

It would be a perfect room if it was for just one person, it has a huge bed for two people, but almost no space to walk in the room because was very small. It is a first floor, so you can hear a little bit the footsteps from neighbors.

“Windowless room in Madrid center”

The best

- Cesar waited at the door to handle me the keys, - Very reactive guest - He has more flats in town and rapidly gave me another one after I complained about this

To be improved

- no windows - claustrophobic - It's just a room, 16 square meters max - all the building was being renewed, it was like staying in the middle of a building site
