The size of the apartment; it was so spacious. The location is incredible, it's literally a 4 minute walk and you're amongst all the bars and eateries of Centro.

a little noisy, first unit of the corridor and room facing the square hall that communicates to the other rooms, we stayed a weekend and other guest were late in the room and even though they were respectful the noise is always there in old buildings as the ones in Madrid.

“Was able to enjoy the heart of Madrid right from the front door.”

Last minute booking and the location was great for a quick layover in Madrid. Able to walk everywhere plus a roof top balcony to enjoy the festivities from the comfort of home.

To be improved

The air conditioner broke but the facility was aware of it and in the process of fixing it. Also the kitchen sink leaked and the handle to get to the balcony malfunctioned. Furniture seemed a little worn too.
