“Very satisfied with the whole experience.”

The best

The location is great. Walkable distance to the centre of Madrid but without the noise and tourist crowds. It is a great location for a family with young kids. Check in was smooth and the staff I dealt with was incredibly nice and accommodating. They made our trip to Madrid worth repeating next year.

To be improved

I don’t have any complaints about it. Everything was adequate.

“Nice apartment with large rooms”

The best

The apartment features spacious rooms, including four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The host responds quickly. There's a metro station just around the corner, or you can take a 15–20 minute walk to Gran Via.

To be improved

Although it is a decent place to stay, just to let you know that the bedroom that faces the main street can be a bit noisy at night.

Overall, the facilities are in line with standard apartment accommodations. · Cons: This was my second stay at this property, as I had a positive experience the first time. I preferred the unit on the higher floor, as it was quieter—especially at night—compared to the lower floor where street noise and activity from nearby restaurants continued past midnight. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The balcony had noticeable pigeon droppings, and although the sofa was comfortable, it was not clean and had visible stains. A deep cleaning is recommended to improve the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space.”
