“Cons: No reception & no directions or codes without calling the number in the elevator. They send you a link to fully fill in and also they forgot to tell you outside door lock codes. Hotel is at the center, room is spacious but you have to have a phone can call spain and WiFi to get inside at the time you arrive and fill the form also pay with their weird stuff payment system not properly working with iphones.”

“The apartment itself is nice, very modern and a good size. The building is nice and newly renovated however building work is still on going. The location is very good with most of the main areas within walking distance. The roof terrace is nice in the sun. · Cons: The check in and payment procedure is a joke! Be careful, Booking.com does not take payment even though you confirm the payment with your card on their site. The hosts then send a series of links to 3rd party pages that ask for all your passport information and a picture of passports to be sent via email? (We didn't) They then send a separate link to a different site to make a payment through santander bank. The site has a fault on it which makes it a nightmare to get the payment accepted. There is no reception or any1 to talk to in person and only message replies when you need support that seemed to take a long time to reply. The door to the apartment is opened by an app until they send u a code for the electronic key lock. Overcomplicated, and far too many links and 3rd party sites to navigate. I thought it was just a bad experience we had but then 2 other guests who checked in the day after told us they had the same problem. Without this issue and the renovation work waking you at 7am the property would be an 8 or 9.”

“Excellent location, but tiny unclean apartment”

Location was excellent- ideally situated in the centre of the city.

To be improved

1. No key code information was sent in advance- this had to be chased on arrival. 2. The property was not clean on arrival, and the fridge not working. Whilst this was rectified, this was 24hrs later. 3. The photos and apartment information make the property appear significantly larger than it is. It is very small, and not suitable for travelling with a child. 4. Whilst items were listed as ‘available’ at the apartment, we were subsequently charged additional fees for this post booking.
