The best

A. Kitchen B. Washer C. Lockers D. Cutlery and Cooking utensils E. Janitor came maybe one to three times a week to clean the common area. The common area was dirty after 6 to 10 hours.

To be improved

A. The refrigerator space B. Tenants using their construction tools upstairs during 2 to 4 am. It happened at least twice. C. Common area not clean D. Not here to FINANCE your cleaning supplies. One Toilet PAPER ROLL shouldn't be gone in a matter of a couple of hours. E. Lack of extension cords. I had to buy one. F. I am also not in charge of SORTING the trash(taking the TRASH DOWNSTAIRS) or supplying you with multiple ♻️ trash bins ie: Paper, Metal cans(Plastic bottles), Glass, etc. That is YOUR JOB. You could at least provide multiple trash cans. I SHOULDN'T BE PURCHASING THIS FOR YOU. G. YOU REQUIRE HOT WATER for Kitchen SINK. H. COORDINATOR provided ONE PAIR of bedsheets and told me to wash them MYSELF. Comments were made directly to property coordinator online. I am not GERMAN.
