Nice appaartment. Things were worn out or broken here and there (especially the cupboards on the kitchen) but everything was neat and clean.

To be improved

Clearer instructions when checking in: if you are going to contact me through Whatsapp to give me the instructions (instead of Signal or email) you should let me know since I hardly check it up. Also the instructions for opening the door where innacurate, it took me a few times before I figured out that I didn't have to turn it right but, first press and then turn left. Kind of annoying, especially since the lock is uncomfortably close to the frame.

“Great potential but mediocre operation”

Modern, big and clean apartment with a washer, dryer, oven, freezer, etc. in a good location. Good value for money.

To be improved

The way that the place is operated can be improved by a lot. For the check-in, we had to give our personal info on three occasions, first in the booking chat, then via WhatsApp and once again through some web portal. FYI they offer no products except for water, 2 coffee capsules and a dispenser with shower foam. You will have to get your own salt, pepper and oil if you want to cook something. The same goes for laundry detergent. We did not even have toilet paper on the first day and had to request it. There was a flickering LED, an unattached/loose table surface and a missing bulb in one of the lamps. All in all, a very nice apartment with great potential, provided they fix the operational issues.

“Good location but terrible customer service”

It is located in Las Palmas so if you are looking for an accommodation in the city then it is a good choice. It's close to two supermarkets (Dino, Spar) and also to multiple bus stops so if you are not renting a car and want to stay in the city then it is a good choice.

To be improved

The customer service is terrible, they are not helpful, their messages are confusing, they have multiple WhatsApp numbers. One day they say something and the other they say something else. The apartment wasn't that clean when we arrived, on the sofa bed there was a big stain and they didn't leave blanket or coffee capsule for the third guest. We are used to fast and nice communication with the hosts and also some recommendations from them if you are looking for that this is not the place. Also the neighbors were super loud, two nights they were running and shouting on the stairs. You can't really open the windows either and there wasn't any salt or oil and pasta pot in the kitchen.
