The best

The second bathroom was a real perk. The kitchen was exceptional and the location fantastic.

To be improved

The master BR bed was small...most of us from America are more accustomed to KingSized beds in master bedrooms.

“Very roomy for a group. · Cons: Parking was at the hotel which was 6 blocks uphill with luggage. WiFi went out and phone key did not work so a number of people were locked out. But still great place to stay if you know these issues in advance.”

Space, bedrooms, air con, location.

Check in was a bit frustrating. The room should have been ready from 3pm but upon our arrival at 3.30 I had to phone someone as nobody had sent me check in details despite being told this would happen. I was then told that the property wouldn’t be ready for another 30 mins. We were able to leave our luggage in the property while we walked to a nearby hotel which manages the apartment. Not great when it’s 40C either! Once we got the keys we found the lock to our front door to be fiddly (very loose). A shame as the actual apartment is great and well-located. Please repair the door hanging off the front of the washing machine. It looks bad!

Amazing space for 6 people. Such a lovely and modern apartment.

To be improved

Loud noises at night but that’s what we expected with it being such a central location. More bin space in the apartment would be helpful.
