We had to wait with our lauggage outside the apartment, the given lockers shops could not provide the proper solution. The apartment representative allowed us a earlier check in, we feel that it was unnecessary to be so strick.”

“Good base, with good facilities.”

The best

Great facilities, with supermarket and a couple of nice restaurants nearby. I used the bus and or train to get back and forward from the city attractions. Great value for money.

There were screaming teenagers also staying in the block.

Broken pieces of tiles all over, hair in shower, dirty bed, unfriendly staff, trash all over the entrance, the front gate was always unlocked (unsecured) , unfinished remodeling work clearly visible, cheap and old remodeling to cut corners, a/c was old didn’t cool enough, and the place felt overall not sanitary

I’ve been to Madrid several times and this hotel is among the top three that I’ll definitely come back for. The reasons are: 1, Worth the money 2, Location. The block is quiet and not touristic, supermarket is just across the street, metro station is just 2 min away by walk. If you’re a fan of Salamanca just 4 stations away by line 5. 3, Interior design. Modern and practical. Very clean. You got a well equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, big fridge and dishwasher. Bed is big and comfortable. Air conditioner is necessary for summer. And big tv which could be connected to your iPhone apps.

To be improved

Bathroom is a bit small. Water power is good but the water goes down super slow so if you have long hair prepare to stop a bit during showers. Otherwise water will be spreading out

No stoppers in the kitchen sink and bath, hence cannot enjoy jacuzzi and all the scraps go down the kitchen drain. The door hinges squeak loudly disturbing sleeping people. Nothing too too serious, just these small things that are easy to remedy.
