The property was spotless and very well maintained. The virtual front desk was always incredibly helpful. Even when we arrived at 1am she answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to feel settled right away. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, fresh, and the perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

While its position is very central and convenient in the middle of the “Centro storico” this makes it pretty noisy at night so be aware of that. Close to the breakfast provider which is very good quality and a great experience ! Convenient if you want to be with walking distance of many of the main points of interest .

The upstairs area is a loft up very steep stairs and is incredibly warm and the AC simply doesn’t cope . The shower drainage is problematic very slow leads to some flooding of the floor . There is only one bathroom and we were 4 people. The second bathroom upstairs is just a guest toilet with basin so be aware of this as well. We had also asked for the sofa bed to be made up as we were arriving very late and got confirmation that it would be but when we arrived it was not.

“Was a little concerned when I read the negative reviews especially about the air conditioning not working for some guests. We had no issues at all the flat was lovely and cool air conditioning working excellently. The facilities were very good even a first aid kit provided. Close to everything as well . · Cons: Nothing”
