“Great Location... Just a Bit Disorganized”
The best

The flat was clean. They left us a nice bottle of wine and wine glasses. Check-out was easy and the location was great! They also held all our luggage on the first and last day so we didn't have to lug it around.

To be improved

Checking in took forever!! We didn't get our room key until closer to 4:30. The flat is 48 Gran Via, but you check in at 42. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The flat was cold. The beds only have a sheet - no comforter or duvet. Since it's on Gran Via, it's very noisy and construction starts at 6 am.
