The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything from the other rooms . We woke up both nights to crying children . Additionally you have to pay to use the swimming pool

At the buffet the food that was supposed to be hot/warm was cold like it had been precooked and stored in the fridge and not reheated when put out for service, cold scrambled eggs isn’t nice. The beds were hard, I got a sore back and you cannot control the temperature of the room, it was very hot. There was an old control panel on the wall, which we adjusted but it made no difference, even when we turned it off, it was still very hot. These issues combined made our stay the most uncomfortable out of all hotels we have stayed in.

Superb facilities and location as you would expect from a spa hotel in a ski resort. We visit d out of season (September) and found the hotel fantastic.

Exception staff. Great view from the bar/restaurant. Great buffet breakfast with lots of variety.

The spa bath was a tad narrow and it was a little confusing to find because there are two SNO accommodations
