Cafetería doesn’t open until 4, facilities in the spa were also closed until 4:00pm but we asked them to open. The hotel is for skiers. If you don’t ski nothing to do there.

Well located, close to the bus stop to the lifts. Very kind and helpful staff, both at the front desk and at breakfast. Thank you for all your help.

To be improved

The overall cleaning of the rooms was not good. Bathroom had hairs, and overall, the room would have beneffited from a proper cleaning.

The hotel staff was professional and accomodating, great that they allowed pets

To be improved

Pet fee was high, more than most. 20 per pet per night. A better model would have been a one time fee and reductuon if you don't use the daily cleaning service. Not a lot of good green space to walk the dogs. Rooms were loud, you could hear everything outside and in other rooms. Beds had very uncomfortable pillow. Sauna/pool area was functional but dated and not that clean.
