The location

To be improved

The host was rude, my husband was yelled at in an audio message for asking for the missing baby mattress. It was freezing, the beds were uncomfortable and without suitable layerings appropriate to the weather. It was not a suitable space for babies or young children and we were under the impression that we would have suitable sleeping arrangements for our baby upon arrival. We came to the conclusion to leave after the first night due to the conditions. The floors were also stained with dirt. Not a good experience. We were also instructed to go to a janitorial closet in a parking garage to get an infant mattress for our baby to sleep on and it was 10pm :/
