They didn’t provide complimentary water, so we used the water from minibar but then they didn’t restock the minibar or coffee facilities on day 2

“Best place to stay in Cadiz”

The best

This is a beautiful hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Cadiz. The bed was huge and we slept amazingly. Air-conditioning, soundproofing, water pressure, pillows - everything was brilliant quality and meant we could enjoy our stay in the (very hot!) city after a relaxing night. The location is also perfect, 10 mins from the train station, right by all the main sites and not too far from the beach. The reception staff are also lovely and let me practice my Spanish (while also speaking beautiful English).

To be improved

If the pool could open before 11 that would be great. We didn't really get to use it much because we were always out and about during the day, but it would have been nice to have a swim in the morning before breakfast!

“Very nice centrally located hotel”

Very nice small hotel in an excellent location right in the centre of the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room Nice roof top terrace with a small pool

To be improved

Not enough storage space for clothes in the room. Only two hooks for hanging towels, clothes etc in the bathroom. Had to pay €3 for each pool towel plus a €10 cash deposit for each towel which seemed quite petty and unnecessary for a nice hotel and after having paid €358 for two nights. The terrace could have had at least a small shaded area apart from the few sun shades.

“Good location and fairly new hotel”

The best

Great location close to the resraurants and shops in the old town. A pool on the roof in sun area was nice. New and nice room.

To be improved

Pool wasn't the cleaniest and it was quite small too. No parking facilities or companies on behalf of the hotel. Only very expensive (25 euros / day) private parking was available. Bathroom was very tight because of the door which opened to the wrong direction..
